Training and Formation Center

As a tool for constant support, we have created a Training, Formation, and Learning Center which is open throughout the year. Complete training and formation programs geared to achieving the specific performance objectives, as much for the purpose of reaching our best practices standards as well as meeting the requirements of our clients, are the focus of our training center. The center uses personalized evaluation and training mechanisms to determine the employee’s acquired knowledge and skill level with a goal for bettering the performance of the employee.

We offer strategic services and the successful execution of these objectives depends on the dominion over this specialized knowhow that our employees possess. Our academic model allows us to share this knowhow and best practices which are used throughout our global service network.

Continuous Training, Formation, and Learning

Proprietary training plans approved by recognized academic institutions, which include first aid training, languages, negotiation, speaking, strategy, management, leadership, effective communication, and conceptual and analytical thinking among others. We work in conjunction with prestigious universities through internships which generate growth and development opportunities for young people, we also promote cultural awareness through celebrating different holidays such as national and artistic among others, encouraging a rounded cultural development of the employee which improves his strategic view of the world and improves their performance making them a unique and valuable human asset.
