Motivation and Integration

We have several incentive and bonus plans that optimize and reward the performance of the employees, such as recognition plans that are not only geared at work performance but also extracurricular activities both in and out of the work place. We also have special celebrations for holidays such as Father’s Day, Children’s Day, and birthdays among others.

All of these activities serve to raise the motivation of our employees both professionally as well as to be more humane. This way they are more prone to be faithful to the projects of the company and to using all their skills in servicing the client.
