Allus Global BPO Center is the result of the merger of ActionLine Córdoba Argentina and Multienlace Colombia, two leading regional companies of outsourcing services which, after eleven years of continual growth and development, combined their abilities to create an important business entity to serve the global needs of the new generation of global clients.

These two companies, which were simple local projects created in 1997, merged to become the biggest and most solid leading global BPO solutions company in Latin America with a high performance management model, 19 sites distributed strategically in the region, 14,000 employees and a worldwide presence. It operates as an extension of the client company; serving its critical processes and helping it to become a more highly successful business.
