Code of Ethics


Our Code of Ethics is given to and signed by each employee at the time of hiring, which, according to their position, has a list of principles specific to each function and area. By doing this, we hope that our employees will adhere to a code of conduct and values which is acceptable to our clients and society as a whole.



Principles of the Code of Ethics


  • Follow the internal policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. Preservation and protection of data; be it of the company, client, or any interest group which provides confidential information.
  • Inform appropriate personnel about knowledge of any conduct which does not coincide with our Code of Ethics.
  • Protect intellectual property, trademarks, and licenses, not only our own but also those with whom we interact with.
  • Protect the health, well being, and safety of our workers.
  • Negotiate honestly and justly with our clients and providers
  • Take care of the company’s available resources.
  • Treat every individual with respect and equality.
